Who is eligible to participate?
All hotel employees that are the Partner Hotel approves to have access to RewardsDash can participate in the Referral Program.
How do hotel employees refer guests?
Hotel employees can send email invitations to guests directly from their RewardsDash accounts.
How do hotel employees get access to RewardsDash?
Your Partner Success Manager will work with Hotel Partners to ensure hotel employees have the correct access to RewardsDash.
How do hotel employees track their rewards?
Hotel employees can monitor their referral activity from the Invite a Guest page in RewardsDash. To view earned rewards and make a redemption, hotel employees can access their linked personal Guestbook Member account on theguestbook.com.
Can a hotel employee see details of when an invited guest travels or completes a stay?
No, for privacy and security reasons we cannot reveal the travel details of any individual member. However, once an invited guest completes a qualifying stay, the 1% cash back value of their stay will be added to the hotel employee's personal member account. This will be viewable as a line item of “Referral Bonus” in their Activity feed.
