Mews PMS Integration — Automated Reservation Processing

Hotels using Mews as their Property Management System can now benefit from automated reservation processing through The Guestbook.

The Guestbook has completed a direct integration with the Mews PMS API, enabling automated reservation processing for hotels on the Mews platform. This means that for Mews-enabled properties, The Guestbook can now receive and process reservation data directly — reducing the manual folio upload and validation steps that were previously required.

Is My Hotel Eligible?

This integration is available for hotels that use Mews as their primary Property Management System. If your property is on Mews and you're not yet set up with automated processing, please reach out to your Partner Success Manager or contact us at contact@theguestbook.com to get this activated.
