Styling Options for Cash Rewards Banners

Customize the look of the Cash Rewards banner on your booking engine to better match your hotel's brand.

The Cash Rewards Banner — the message that appears next to each room rate on your booking engine encouraging guests to earn rewards — can now be visually customized to better reflect your hotel's brand identity.


This is a UI-only update and has no effect on how rewards are calculated or distributed.


What Can Be Customized

Your Partner Success contact can configure the following options in RewardsDash under BEI Widget Settings:


  • Icon — choose from a predefined set of icons to display alongside the banner text
  • Stroke/Outline — toggle a border on or off around the banner
  • Background color — apply your hotel's primary brand color as the banner background

If no customization is applied, the banner will continue to display as text-only (e.g., "+ Earn $XX Cash Rewards") as it does today.


How to Request Changes

Banner styling is configured by The Guestbook's Partner Success team on your behalf. To update your banner style, reach out to your Partner Success contact.
