TrustYou Review Integration — Explore Hotels

We've integrated TrustYou — a trusted third-party hotel review platform — into The Guestbook's Explore Hotels experience. Hotel listings now display verified guest review scores and summaries, giving travelers more confidence when discovering and evaluating your property.

This update also includes a visual refresh of hotel listing cards and property detail pages, with a cleaner layout and improved presentation of key hotel information.

What's Changed on Your Hotel's Listing

• A TrustYou review score and review count now appears on your listing card in Explore Hotels search results
• Your property detail page now displays your overall TrustYou rating, a review summary, and a sentiment breakdown of guest feedback
• Photos are displayed more prominently with a Show all photos lightbox for travelers to explore
• Hotel name, star rating, TrustYou score, and address are grouped together at the top of the page for a cleaner layout
• Amenities and accessibility sections have been redesigned for clarity

Do I Need to Do Anything?

No action is required from your property. TrustYou review data has been mapped to approximately 900 Guestbook hotel listings. If reviews are not yet available for your property, the review section will simply not display until data becomes available.
