Do The Guestbook rewards expire?
Cash rewards do not expire if the guest confirms their account within 30 days after completing their first stay and then keep an active account
To keep an account active simply have the guest log into their account at least once each calendar year. Cash Forward does expire – please see the Cash Forward FAQs for additional details.
