This article will help users to identify key metrics in the Cross Network & Attribution export in RewardsDash.
Users can access the Cross Network & Attribution in RewardsDash in the Analytics > Cross Network and Attribution section.
The user has the ability to select a single property or multiple properties, date range and optional booking engine fields. Once the options are selected the user can select "create report" to view the report.
The Revenue by enrollment section showcases the reservations, room nights, average length of stay, revenue and ADR by enrollment source. Enrollment sources are broken out by Group Enrolled (enrolled at another property within a portfolio), Other Cross Network (enrolled at The Guestbook or one of our partner hotels) or Property Enrolled (enrolled at the specific property).
Enrollment Source Attribution showcases reservations, room nights, average length of stay, revenue, and ADR by sources.
Sources are broken out Member Personalization, Slider Enrollment, Hotel Landing Page Enrollment and Booking Engine Enrollment.
