Quickly Approve or Deny stays for rewards in your Stay Validation Queue
Hotel users can approve stays by entering a folio number and the total eligible charges* in the hotel's Stay Validation Queue. The amounts entered by the hotel will be the final amount approved (unless disputed by the guest) and will determine the cash rewards for the guest. These amounts can not be disputed by the hotel at the time of invoicing as they are totals already approved and provided by a hotel representative.
In order for a stay to qualify for rewards:
1: The e-mail address associated to the stay in the queue needs to be associated to the stay in the hotel's property management system
2: The stay needs to be booked directly with the hotel
3: The guest needs to complete at least one night of their stay. Cancellation and No-Show fees do not qualify for rewards.
*Eligible Charges shall include room-only rates, package rates, upgrade fees, early check-in fees, and late check-out fees (collectively, “Room Charges”).
