How is Cash Forward redeemed?

A Cash Forward reservation must be booked directly on The Guestbook site and using the Cash Forward Redemption option.

It must also be redeemed on a future stay in another destination (>30 miles/50 km) from where it was originally earned and must cover at least the value of one night’s stay. The guest will need to pay the full value to the hotel stay as if it were a normal booking. The Cash Forward value is sent to the guest via PayPal after the stay is completed and validated with the hotel. This is generally 7 business days after the guest's date of departure but can take longer in rare cases.
