Folio Upload Approval Process

Approve or deny a stay for rewards

In order for a stay to qualify for rewards:

  • The guest needs to be enrolled in The Guestbook prior to check-in
  • The e-mail address associated with the stay in the queue needs to be associated with the stay in the hotel system
  • The stay needs to be booked directly with the hotel
  • The guest needs to complete at least one night of their stay.

Cancellation and No-Show fees do not qualify for rewards. 

If (1) the e-mail address associated with the stay in the queue matches the e-mail in the hotel's PMS system; (2) the stay was booked directly with the hotel (not a 3rd-party) and; (3) the guest completed at least one night of their stay, follow the next steps to upload a copy of their folio. 

  1. Access your queue via the RewardsDash or the open items email you received.

  2. Click on the green Upload Folio button. 

  3. Click on the green Upload Folio button and then select the file for the guest’s folio/invoice.

  4. Click the SUBMIT button on the lower left-hand corner. You may also fill out the optional hotel fields should you wish to receive a record of this transaction.

 

If the guest stay is not approved for rewards, please select DENY from the initial screen and select a reason for denial on the next screen:
