1. Enhancements Use Status
Attract, Convert, and Retain more guests. While our end goal is boosting your revenue through increased direct booking, The Guestbook is also a powerful marketing asset.
Learn more about each of our Cash Reward Suite Enhancement Solutions and request to take advantage of them now.
- The Activity column provides action items next to each available Enhancement. Click REQUEST and our Customer Growth team will reach out with more details to help you strategize and implement.
- The Learn More column provides direct links for more information, including features and use cases for each Enhancement.
2. Knowledge Base
We've published a collection of documentation that includes answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and best practices. Click on any category within your RewardsDash account to access all available articles.
Knowledge Base is a great resource for your entire team. Please reach out to our Customer Growth team to request additional RewardsDash user accounts to access Knowledge Base.
3. Quick Links
Enroll a Guest:
Users of RewardsDash can now access their hotel’s member enrollment form directly from the homepage in RewardsDash. Simply click the “Enroll a Guest” button to access your property’s enrollment form.
TIP: This is a great tool for Front Desk and Reservation Agents. Enroll guests when they are on property to encourage them to book direct on their next stay.
View Your Landing Page:
Users can now access their hotel’s landing page directly from the homepage in RewardsDash. Users can simply click the “View Your Landing Page” button to open your property’s landing page in a new window.
TIP: Always use your hotel's unique Landing Page URL when promoting cash rewards and The Guestbook to your existing and potential guests. This ensures that new member enrollments are tracked to your hotel.
4. New Reports and Analytics
Users can now export detailed reservation data reports to Excel.
The Reservation Activity report is located in the Export menu tab.
Once selected the user has the ability to select one or multiple properties, one or multiple reservation statuses, and the desired date range.
When ready to view, click EXPORT REPORT. You will receive an email once the report is ready which can be downloaded as an Excel file.
