Direct contact & modification links: quick-view cards display the hotel phone and property-specific email, plus an “Edit / Modify Reservation” link that drops guests straight into the booking engine’s change screen—reducing follow-up calls.


Less manual upkeep: both the property email and modification-URL template can be edited in RewardsDash (Property → Edit or Rate Shop Source → Edit), keeping details accurate as systems change.


Actionable controls for edge cases: stays stuck in Bill Requested now include a Cancel Stay button with confirmation modal, empowering guests to self-resolve before escalation.


Smart layout logic: if no property photos exist (common for extension stays), a full-width map fills the hero slot—maintaining a polished look without extra work for the hotel.
