Members can now redeem Cash Forward directly within their Member Dashboard—no more emailing Member Services. The updated redemption flow lets users select their preferred payout method (PayPal or Venmo), apply available balances toward upcoming stays, and receive automated confirmation updates once rewards are released.

How it works

Unified redemption logic: Cash Forward redemptions now use the same options and limits available through the member’s self-service flow.

Smart amount control: The “Amount to Redeem” field automatically caps at the user’s available balance (excluding rewards from the same hotel).

Supported payout options: Members can choose between PayPal or Venmo, shown dynamically based on account currency.

Pending Confirmation Email — sent once a redemption is submitted, showing payout type, estimated delivery, and contact info.

Completion Email — triggered when rewards are released after the stay is validated (separate from the “Here’s your reward” email).

Approving and rewarding the stay automatically triggers Cash Forward payout release—no manual follow-up required. -
Eligibility & ordering:
Eligible upcoming stays are displayed first (sorted by check-in date), followed by pending redemptions (sorted by checkout date). -

Added properties like last cash forward redemption date and hotel name enable follow-up survey automation.
