The guest must be enrolled in the program prior to check-in and once they have completed their stay, the following criteria must have been met in order for the hotel team to approve it for rewards:
1. The stay must be booked direct
2. The guest's email address in the hotel's PMS must match the email address we have on file at The Guestbook (shown in the hotel's Rewards Queue)
3. The guest has to occupy the room for at least 1 night (cancellations and no-shows are not eligible)
